Diversified dividend portfolio:

tech:
INTC
KLAC
XLNX
AMAT

manufacturing:
GE
SI
DD

energy:
XOM
RDSA
BP

miners:
RIO
BHP
FCX

other:
KMB

drugs: deleted from the list, because their massive R&D budgets haven't produced blockbuster drugs for more than a decade, and they are steadily losing patent protection for today's profit-makers.

Also deleted is any company without large Emerging Market exposure, or payout ratio over 60%. Lots of cash, a world-wide brand, and/or hard assets needed to make the list.

Some of these, like the miners, aren't dividend stocks at current stock prices. However, I predict I'll be able to buy every name on the list, at a price where it will have a dividend yield of at least 4%, sometime in the next 3 years.
