Wasn't the past 2 1/2 years of "stimulus" supposed to have addressed cases like those? Gotta ask yourself where all that money went.

At this point (or even, from the beginning) "stimulus" is nothing more than make-work projects. Some would call it public works projects, like the TVA. Others would call it pork, like the Murtha Airport to Nowhere.

Either way, even Obama admitted that there are no "shovel ready" jobs.
