Yesterday, I saw a one day strong accumulation in TC2000 BOP and other indicators are confirming it, during the last tree months it has been constant accumulation, even during the down price days. I will see if the Asencio news change or not the actual accumulation pattern, before I take any action. Asencio's "strong sell" just came out it could take days to weeks before a change in accumulation or distribution patterns is constant. Your reports of big blocks of buying are at the uptick or the lows? I do not have access to intraday trading data, I have to wait for end of day.
