Vincent: You hit the nail right on the head! The Alias/Wavefront purchase was an inside deal that reeked. Nothing against the players involved, however the deal was -extremely excessive- for two disparate companies with complex, overlapping products, which, as you have noted, have yet to be successfully integrated.
