I have been following your signals for a while and the results are impressive. You have a great system and some of the better results I have ever seen.

What I am not able to understand is why you feel the need to constantly embellish your results with comments such as this:

"I actually bought QQQ at 51.84 yesterday and plan to hold it"

What does such a comment achieve in terms of the benefit to others following your thread? If the intention is to demonstrate that you are a successful trader, it is not necessary because your published signals provided in advance clearly demonstrate that you have a great system. It does nothing for anyone else other than providing you with bragging rights. If this were the only instance you did so I would not even bring it up but you do it quite often whether it is in the stock indexes, metals and currencies.

You also go from one extreme to another in terms of how bullish or bearish you are about certain markets. For example you have posted on more than one occasion how you intend to hold your silver or gold position for the long term and then you will reverse your position shortly thereafter. It took me a while to get used to the fact that these statements should not be taken seriously in terms of the extent of your commitment to certain positions.

The other point I would make is that you should not allow political discussions on this thread. It has nothing to do with buy and sell signals except to the extent that it pertains to specific policies that may impact the economy and the market. I notice you have another thread that discusses politics and that should be the thread for comments about politics.

All of the comments are intended to be constructive. You are doing a great service in providing signals to the members of SI. I know that you ban members frequently when you feel that they are disruptive and that is not my intent.

In the ultimate analysis, it is your thread and you can do what you want.
