I understand that you have no wish to offend. I really don't want to do this, so I'm going to arbitrarily stop this, even if others are enjoying it. Minor correction-- I never said that no Arabs were living in Palestine pre 1947 or pre 1917 or whatever. As an agnostic, you are in a very comfortable position looking down at those with "stupid ideologies." However, the 'why can't you two just get along' is more appropriate for a parent to say to two children than for one person to say to two large populations. The Arab Muslims do not consider this to be a stupid religious clash, and neither do the Israelis.
