I don't recall him explicitly declaring the secular bear was over. When was that and what exactly did he say?

BTW this looks like the 1998 scenario is playing out exactly. I think if we retest the 1119 S&P low set Monday in the next few months (I think Oct or Nov likely), Bob will probably go on a gift horse buying opportunity bull signal. I was buying some stuff when we went into that initial sell-off after the Fed result and before we took off.

Doug Kass was also out today saying we put in the bottom. Interestingly he even said he doesn't think the low will even be tested and that's an issue I need to consider since it would mean Monday was the big buying opportunity rather than the retest being the screaming buy.
