C2 is right. The measures ECB does for Spain and
Italy will not be enough. Do they even have a good
track record handling smaller blowups?

So, PIIGS go in default eventually, with bad consequences -ng-

I think US/UK will attempt to print their way out,
so gold is the answer! The market could crash, but
it will remain managed to a degree...
