I meant ME Microsoft Essentials AV. I use win 7. Any way I think I fixed it. My main PC is still running checks.

I called him back on the phone and just said "hello,,, its me". I think the problem is fixed as far as I am concerned. I may call Luton council later if I am in a community spirit frame of mind.-g-
