Maintained deficient internal and financial controls at the company. This is why I think they won't be filing the 10Q any time soon. The class action lawsuits allege deficient financial controls. Why would JB want to sign off on another statement of that fact in the latest quarterly? Why make the plaintiff's case a slam dunk in that regard? In the alternative, he could say the controls are hunky dory now. And then, the SEC has his jewels in a vise. I'll be surprised if they file. The OTCQX will be booting them in any event, if/when the SEC brings their case for violating securities laws. Lose/lose for JB to file, my guess.
