Al, you didn't answer my question, but I don't think it matters.

Bush probably would have increased the budget by almost as much as Obama did. Doesn't mean Obama should be held blameless for the vast increases in the budget under his watch. Besides, no one, not even on the right, would mistake Bush for a true fiscal conservative.

Don is of the opinion, though, that the increase in the budget under Obama was completely the result of putting the wars on the budget. That's complete B.S.
