I have been following this thread for a while and appreciate the analysis from those that follow this stock closely. I'm still hanging on to my Brock stock but IMHO I think we will have to wait well into '98 before this stock turns around. I have yet to familiarize myself fully with the NetGain product but hope it delivers the new life that Brock needs. As for the TakeControl products, which I am familiar with, I think they are really on their last legs. To Brock's credit they've been selling a legacy systemn for longer than most vendors are able to, but time is not on their side. What worries me about the Netgain product is that it isn't really a product that is capable of harvesting their install base of customers. Brock has a lot of callcenters using their take control products, yet NetGain isn't a replacement for these customers. Therefore I am concerned that these customers will continue to cancel maintenance and defect to the call center competition, of which there are many, some of whom also sell SFA solutions (VNTV, Siebel). NetGain sales will grow but will it be enough to offset the defections and lost maintenance revenues?
