<The amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is going up by around 15 billion tonnes per year. Humans are emitting around twice that much! On top of this, there are a number of lines of evidence to confirm that we’re the cause of rising CO2 levels.>

Where are the other 15 billion tons per year of CO2 going Wharfie? People produce 30 billion a year but there's only 15 billion a year showing up in the atmosphere.

15 billion tons per year of CO2 is a lot of stuff to hide.

Maybe it's being absorbed into the ocean, subducted in the Gulf Stream to the bottom of the ocean, buried as coal, sinking to the bottom of the oceans in radiolarian ooze, turned into shellfish shells and then into limestone.

Do you think the scientists have made a mistake and that missing CO2 is actually still in the air?

15 billion tons per year of CO2 is a lot of stuff to simply disappear.
