Mr. Michael Maslowski reports

GOLDEN PREDATOR CONTINUES EASTERLY EXTENSION OF BOHEMIAN-SCHOONER ZONE AT BREWERY CREEK PROJECT, YUKON

Golden Predator Corp. has released announce additional drill results from its continuing drilling program at its Brewery Creek project.

Significant results include: BC 11-242 with 22.5 m of 5.50 g/t gold from a depth of 53.3 m, BC 11-240 with 24.3 m of 1.95 g/t gold from a depth of 45.7 m

A complete table of results, including a more comprehensive geological discussion and location map can be found on the company's website.

All 5 of the holes drilled in the Bohemian-Schooner Zone encountered significant mineralization including hole BC11-232 which was drilled 700 meters east of the previously defined mineralized zone and encountered a 4.0 meter intercept of 2.53 g/t gold from a depth of 36.3 m. This 700 meter step-out and the undrilled area in between the drill hole and the eastern extent of the mineralized zone will be the focus of follow up drilling as the Company works to further extend the Bohemian-Schooner Zone.

Bohemian-Schooner Geology

The Bohemian-Schooner Zone is a strongly mineralized, steeply dipping structural corridor that strikes east-northeast. The corridor intersects a lower-angle tabular mineralized zone in strongly altered quartz monzonite sills. The steeply dipping structural zone lies approximately 500 m east of the Lucky deposit, the nearest past producing area, and continues along strike for approximately 1 km, The Bohemian-Schooner Zone remains open along strike to the east and at depth.

Sampling Methodology, Quality Control and Assurance

Samples were fire assayed by ALS Chemex in Vancouver. Refer to the Company's news release dated March 24, 2011 for a complete discussion of sampling methods, quality control and assurance.
