Despite being fully invested with "buy signals" from mid 1400s all the way down... Brinker completely missed buying in the 600s in 2009 as he wrote about looking for a test of the low. I think he didn't get an outright buy until something in the 1,000s... where now he brags about 1030 or something... that is a long, long way above the 666 (676 closing) low.... The whole idea of having buy signals while FULLY INVESTED in equities and calling for 1600s at the very top in 2007 is comical if not so devious....
