NAV (and OSK) at new lows. An analyst I heard about six months ago said he believed CMI had the far superior r&d capability compared to competitors. CMI does seem to me to be the leader in diesel, although all engine/truck manufacturers may benefit from the new federal requirements. Fwiw, I considered CAT for diesel engines also, but chose CMI because I liked CMI's focus on engines.
