Skeeter, (or Mike or other CEGE folk on the thread) is this what's known as a "floorless" convertible? biz.yahoo.com Also, any evidence that it's Reg. S... that wasn't mentioned in the press release. But the fact that they intend to file a registration when the shares are converted, rather than now, suggests maybe it is. Howard
