As I understand, Gann never predicted, he only said that those points offer a greater opportunity for a market turn. The market could move a little up or down on that particular day with no guarantee. It may just be a very short term turning point. It doesn't necessarily mean a major market turning point. For that reason, I generally ignore those points unless they coincide with the geometry I showed you. This geometry is for major market reactions worth trading/investing depending on the size of the waves being measured.
