They sure keep most non-institutional investors "on the outside". The IR person I spooke with said that she and others have been returning calls and was quite defensive.

I guess if we realy wanted to get to the "bottom of things" we could notify IDTI that we want to schedule an appointement to revue their fianacial records and other company information per the investor information access laws in the State of California. You know that almost every state has longstanding laws on the books that allows investors to review company information. The company could object or try to prevent me from looking at certain information as being proprietary, in which case you get court ordered supoenas to force them to open up. You might be able to get through the process without hiring a lawyer but it would likely prove necessary to get at information that is not already in the FTC disclosures.

I guess the reason I and other investors don't do this is because it would cost them some money and time that would be difficult to justify. Of course, if you found out anything realy interesting, you could trade accordingly or leverage your position some other way. I've thought about how this could be used to increase the ability to invest more wisely.

There are a few companies I would love to get into to pour over their books. Any securities attorneys working in California, Oregon or Washington State?
