Jorj, now we are getting at some of the behavior which result in the symptoms we all observe. With the skill sets and experiences we have all have had we should be able to brain storm and discuss possible methods to resolve the problems without throwing out those individuals who are truly trying to find employment and not as you have stated, "gaming" the system. We still must have empathy for those who are making the legitimate effort to be productive and finding work.

What do we see as the difficulties in todays environment to finding a job. What are the restraining forces? Examples: Outsourcing and Insourcing of jobs, individuals with skill sets which are outdated, increased technology which displace workers, those who game the system, etc. I am sure everyone can add to this list.

Then, what are the possible solutions?
