Perry looked Presidential today, and sounded it. He was positive, rather than so lecturing and sour as we have been hearing for nearly 3 years....He looked at the audience, not at the t-p....AND he actually said something....

If he should win, I don't think Perry will blame Obama every second (although he certainly could), but rather he will talk about the mess, and hopefully have some possible ways to fix the various piles of doo doo that are ALL over the place...
