Fear is running very high, but actually this
does not have to happen. It can happen,
of course. For now we are possibly
looking at a nasty "double dip", with
my realistic expectation that SPOO logs
a 30-40% bear market in USD if that happens.
We are already half way there!

What Ben do? Print, of course!

Stuff certainly could hit the fan in a bad way,
I would not deny such a possibility, but it's a possibility
only. It does not have to happen, there is
no inevitability of doom -g-

You certainly can devalue your way out of a credit
bubble. It's not a fun process.
