As tax revenues dwindle overall well being suffers. Economic class passengers, left stranded protest by creating trouble to raise the government attention to their plight.

They are saying, with their protest: we are not going to be the ones who suffer downgrade while there are those still flying first and business class. They should pay more for us to keep flying.

This is what is happening in England cities right now.

First and business class passengers, there in England, want them to be portrayed as troublemakers. But they are just the ones left stranded due to not enough tax revenue to pay for their standard of living.
