Arun, you are not getting the point. The trigger for riots in UK and the "Arab Spring" might have been reduced financial circumstances and envy for many people. But the motivation for the riots was quite different.

In the UK it was barbarians lacking any semblance of VVV opportunistically smashing and thieving. They had no political ideology other than the old grab while the grabbing is good chimpanzee political philosophy.

The Arab Spring is more like Islamic Jihad = a megalomaniac philosophically founded path of destruction and confrontation. Some of the Arab rioters are simply intent on getting into positions of power to enjoy the perks themselves.

It is of course a question of morality. < It is not even a question of morality. > Many of those rioters had no meaningful economic stress on them. No more than the large herd of regular humans [we all have economic limitations]. None were breaking in and quickly eating some bread while they had a chance. Drinking some milk. Their "economic stress" involved stealing electronics, shoes, other fashion items and brands, plus gratuitous burning of buildings.
