No one is telling you you can't kill yourself.

But if I decide to do so, I might like to be able to have the assistance of a physician, so that I knew it would be done in comfort and be successful. If MJ had her way, she'd deny me that option; not that there's anything wrong with her position - all of us, from Obama to Ron Paul, have the right to try to impose their values on society - if most voters agree, they'll be successful. I consider mandated morality - whether it be prohibition of abortion or required recycling or the banning of incandescent light bulbs - to be the definition of law.
