crs, There already is another company with a central office set up to handle billing. I will not name them as a courtesy to Atin<GG>, but Bill already mentioned them. This company will have their subsidiary Telco IPO in the next few months with $120 million market cap. Also you stated that all gateways are going to sound the same in the next few months. That would leave quite a vaccuum between the quality of traditional long distance and Internet telephony long distance. If the quality does not improve, then IT will not be the business sector that it has the potential to be. Technology hates a vacuum. Ask Atin or any of the techs here and I am sure that they will tell you that the first generation of IT tech has arrived, but that the second and third generations are already being worked upon. If IDTC's management feels that there is no competition, as you beleive, then they won't be around much longer. I think they know what's out there and know how tough this industry will be.
