But he was following his ideology. He expected his plans to work (remember "recovery summer" last year?). But they didn't. Yeah! Ideologues and dictator wannabees are like that. But what else can he do now? He doesn't know enough to change his ideology. None of his advisers even have a different ideology. I still don't know why people are still saying he's smart? Smart people who have this kind of power surround themselves with idea people. Obama didn't do that. That alone tells me he isn't so smart.
