It seems documented.

China’s state television broadcaster targeted Baidu with an investigative segment alleging that the Internet search giant still allows purveyors of fake medicine to advertise on its site and that it tricks advertisers into paying more money.

The broadcast shows how a China Central Television reporter tried to buy advertising for a fabricated company selling weight-loss medication, and how a Baidu employee allegedly helped the reporter get around the stringent checks on pharmaceutical advertisers by suggesting she register first as a machinery company and later changing its keywords to terms relevant for weight-loss drugs.
