Broker dealer programs to cap and control holistic sum values is the only game being played. All prices remain artifacts of prevailing systems intent. The failure to locate supply remains the greatest sore thumb of host behavior. Supply remains in a oversold status, as purchases going back many months are churned for give backs.....it is what it is and that is all that needs saying....

host systems have bad intent toward investor accounts. one cannot separate that intent from daily action,
Supply and ones awareness about it, distinguish those who know from those who don't.

As long as the accounting for Supply is left to noise makers, the routines will remain as they are with the alternation algoRythm instituting its hologram as self interest would predict. The system is never doing what it says it is.....that law prevails in the present.
