Reality is the Mets are not going out and spending a fortune this off season on a Cliff Lee/Roy Halliday starter, if one were available.

Will they resign Reyes? Should they? What is Reyes worth? The Giants were idiots for trading a top prospect like Wheeler for 2 months of Beltran. There's the short term mentality for you.
