I am no expert when it comes to these junior mining stocks though I have positions in several. But these stocks are very news driven and so a stock languishes a while and perhaps declines and then it suddenly darts up when something positive is released. The real problem with some of these stocks is ascertaining the facts as opposed to the hype is not easy and there is a lot of pump and dump action in some of them - though NGD seems to be the real thing. Add to this a lot of flippers who are in and out very quickly and the price action can be confusing. Ultimately, with these juniors one has to have management that is sound and honest and resources that are real and capable of being translated into income.
