By the time I finished my master in EE i really liked getting off that stuff and decided to change tracks totally in order to pursue yet another master, this time in economics, which eventually took me into banking and financing. Quite healthy IMO, made me feel good and well educated.

By the way, I did that on the side while having a full time job making some good money in the semiconductor industry, which has been the home of my work for 42 years now.

My style really is and always has been to be well educated in a broader sense as opposed to becoming a scientist in some narrow field.

Matches my solid foundation in so many other areas rather related to culture.
My ideal always was the renaissance man, being well educated in a truly broad way. :)
