Cents, After reading your thread and doing a lot of research on
shorts, I think It could only help to call the OZON certs. I'm calling all my certs in this week.

Usually when a brokerage holds your cert. in house, they can and often do use those certs against you by loaning them to the shorters. Anything they do along these lines is legal if it is in the contract
signed in the opening of your account. A clause providing for this is USUALLY in the agreement! Holding a good stock long? Want to keep the shorters from borrowing your stock? Simple, CALL FOR YOUR CERTS! You do not lose liquidity after you hold the physical certificates as you can submit a sell order and have FIVE DAYS TO COVER! That is why I call for my certs if I find what I consider such a rare gem of a company. I believe that anything in economics ultimately can be broken into two simple components SUPPLY and DEMAND.
