Wrong!! The American people, other than a few Democrats, had never heard of Obama.

Do you recall there was one TV reporter / commentator, early in the campaign, who called Obama Osama. And then muttered something about the names.

His campaign was a process of "Gettin to know ya"----------and did we ever learn beginning with his
half fictional books about himself, egotist who believed he was important enough to have an autobiography written about himself .
