THE FACT REMAINS, We HAVE TO GET OUR CERTS. OUR ENTIRE POSITION MUST BE CERTIFIED!!!
* What 'LEGALLY' does your broker have to do when you order your certs?
After 3 days, YOUR BROKER MUST HAVE A STREET NAME CERT IN THEIR ACCOUNT, if you are told that you have a street name cert after the 3 days have elapsed, and IN FACT, YOU DO NOT, your broker HAS COMMITED FRAUD!!! ( The SEC ACT of 1934, Rule 15c6-1)
* If we have less than what we thought of our position CERTIFIED, WE MUST GET ON THE BROKERS, GET IN CONTACT W/ YOUR LOCAL NASD AND SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINT!! WE HAVE THE SHARES, NOW LETS GET OUR CERTS!!!, Pugs
