Unfortunately, Jastej, this one walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...and you know the rest.

There is no requirement that the verbiage "Reg S" has to be used in the press release. It will not be confirmable until the actual SEC filing can be accessed by the "curious."

BUT...
it has several earmarks that tell me to suspect strongly that, yes, it is a Reg S financing.

So if you held a gun to my head and made me say yea or nay, I'd have to go w/yea.
