Tom,

The chart represents cost of production per mcf.

IOC can meet production quantities with a 7 - 8 NG wells from Elk/Antelope while XOM's project in PNG will require several hundred. Simplistic answer to a tough question.

PNG taxes are 30% corporate with 20% participation from the national oil company, Petromen.
