Thanks for the response.

I am getting very uncomfortable with these offerings/placements after the MLTN fiasco.

I got the MLTN shareholders meeting notice and with my engineering background had a tough time figuring out the various conversion formulas and ratios.<vbg>

will be out of CEGE today !!
