Seems to me the ECB is providing all the liquidity that European Banks need to keep a seizure from happening. I think the fear is 2008-like but the conditions are not 2008, at least not currently. Options expiration tomorrow, tomorrow will be a violently up day, as puts are sold to unwind positions that are probably deep in the money.
