BOCA RATON, Fl., Sept 13 (Reuter) - International Standards Group Ltd
<ISGI.O> said Friday that it filed an information statement with the Securities
and Exchange Commission to amend its certificate of amendment to offer a
1-for-15 reverse stock split of its common stock.
The reverse split will enable the company to restructure its capitalization
to reflect its operating growth, and anticipated profitability.
