I think he needs to increase his meds...

I know of one person that does that each and every month, and by the 20th, is out of drugs for the month, and starts posting silly notes until she goes catatonic. Then on the 1st, the state delivers her allotted supply, compliments of the taxpayers, and she repeats the same pattern. Like clockwork.

There is a reason I mention it, but I'll let it rest for now. :--)
