UBT sold short 400 @ $113.45, opening position. With my UBT, this
almost doubles my short Treasury position. I'll sell my TBT at $33.
I'm comfortable holding a short UBT position for months, if need be.
We could get another spasm of fear similar to the end-2008 panic,
which drove 30Y Treasury rates to 2.53%. If that happens, I'll short
more UBT, and wait till the panic is over. 3.5%-4.7% looks to me like
a tradeable range for 30Y Treasury rates. RIS below 30 on the weekly
chart is a rare event, indicating extreme sentiment.
