Eating caviar, driving flash cars and displaying Italian marble also increases the well being of many, including caviar farmers, caviar sellers, flash car makers, flash car mechanics, chauffeurs, Italian marble sculptors, and so on and so forth.
Squatters in abandoned residential property also increase the well being of many, including utility generators and neighborhood police, and so on and so forth. Even baseball bat makers and baseball bat sellers get ahead.
