I don't like moderators who interrupt excessively. O'Reilly is like that and I often find myself wishing he would shut up.

In Laura's case, I think she interrupted Rangel only because he was trying to evade the question. If she'd let him continue, he would have gone off on a tangent. He and Obama are notorious for that. They talk so much they suck up all the time and the really hard questions don't even get asked. Laura Ingraham did not let that happen.
