John, you have to do whats' right for you, best of luck. IMO, calling Morgan several times a day w/ the same question may have been the wrong approach, I would've waited for a call w/i an agreed amount of time. If Morgan hadn't returned your call by that time, then, of course, a follow-up caLL would've been appropriate. IMO, you sold at the wrong time, worse case scenario is 700,000 shares flooding the market...which is covered by the FOUNDATION/CALVAry and the rest of the CARTELS' TOTAL POSITION, of course, the whole 144 schpeel was manufactured by Kugler to shake shares from guys like yourself, and, since the financials haven't been released yet, is still only HYPOTHESIZED.
