Most likely, it's because Cowpland announced Corel wouldn't, after all, unveil any new products. He's probably the only CEO at the conference who won't! Got time on his hands, money from his insider sales in the bank, etc. -- what the hey! Alternatively, CNBC may have hopes the MRS. will be slinking along in a filmy negligee, her bosom on public display as at the infamous Corel party. Regrettably, CNBC is better at broadcasting cheesecake than tough investigative interviews. Exhibit A: Maria B. One can always hope, though.
