However, if only the mandate is held invalid, Congress can do what they have done with Medicare Part B. Make it optional but have a penalty for a late signup.

Can I interest you in a pretty orange bridge for sale?

Pinch yourself, and wakeup, kenny_troll.

Seniors pay the optional mandate because 99% are confused as shit over it, when you factor in A,B, and then optional plans C, F, A, F*, G N, M, but not always B, and hardly E, but no more N for next year with Mutual of Omaha, then we get into Part D for drugs, and Tier I, Tier II and Tier III, and the penalty for not signing up, every month for the rest of your life, but you can switch it monthly before Dec 7th, but not if you pay annually..........ad nauseum

They pay, because SENIORS HAVE ALWAYS PAID THEIR BILLS.

I am willing to bet you right now, and give you 20:1 odds, that the riff-raff and system gamers will NEVER pay. The poor will not be able to pay. The young will not pay.

But they will all be covered.........and the system cannot handle the freeloaders.

Total chaos and bankruptcy for this country.

Without the mandate, ObamaMamaCare is doomed.
