pardon if this has been posted already, but i found this over on bdbbr about private sector jobs in all states over the last 10 years and the last 1 year. the data it says is from the bls (bureau of labor statistics). i found the texas numbers on page 5 at the bottom of the table. one has to click through to find other states (very inconvenient i would say). bizjournals.com
