If "Trader Dan" Norcini (ala JSMinset) is correct about the entry point finally getting into Juniors in some sort of fashion is correct, this closed end fund may be the sleeper opportunity most of the adventuresome in this space are looking for. To bottom line it, Dan said when the next major announces an acquisition of a junior (or a promising E&D), the days of (naked) shorting in this sector will become a thing of the past. I don't think I've ever heard Dan make such a comment before. Part of it is because the HUI closed above 580 on Friday, altho' Dan didn't say it was a convincing close on Friday. Something to think about. Let's make an "asterisk" here annotating the Friday close of this closed end fund. $61.26 (up $1.50) (8/19/2011)
