Yes, you are correct. There are a few million out for acquisitions but not 15.7 million. Since this is registered in event of conversion it would be a source of selling pressure for a time to come. I printed this Edgar filing and I will devour it over a cigar tonight. I will have more to say later. In any event, with new products and upgrades the company will absorb the selling. When it does there will be an explosive move to the upside as there will be no sellers. Now all we need is some best sellers to put the company in the plus column to stay.
